An invitation into the FREEQUENCY Journal—little observations, questions, experiments, and reflections on this strange, beautiful experience of being alive, together. 🌈
I’m so excited, and honestly a little amazed, to be slowly and intentionally writing my book and preparing to introduce the world to my exploration of FREEQUENCY.
This photo with some AI magic behind it, takes me back to January 18th, writing the first chapter of the book during a two-month journey through Thailand that stirred incredible insights and intuitions in me, many of which seemed to arrive faster than I could download them onto the page.
Along the way, there is so much that flows through this lens, my heart, and my spirit that little journal entries have begun arising in me too.
So I’ve decided to give them somewhere to go.
I’ll be sharing them here as the FREEQUENCY Journal. ✨
Little observations, questions, experiments, and reflections from somewhere along the journey.
You may also begin to notice colors appearing along the way. 🌈
Consider them little breadcrumbs. Each represents a different Freequency, something we’ll explore more deeply as the journey unfolds.
No grand conclusions required. Just an exploration of this strange, beautiful experience of being alive, together.
